The world health organisation (WHO) advises 5 hands of vegetables and fruit a day. This way our body- and braincells will get enough antioxidants for protection agains cells agains the oxygenradicals.
In the cell there is a nuclear with our unique DNA. Our DNA communicates with the mitochondria in the cell. Mitochondria are our little fabrics which convert our food to energy.
During this conversion oxygenradicals are released. This is not a problem, as long as there are enough antioxidants to keep the cells in balance.
When we don’t manage to eat enough vegetables, fruit and berries, the balance in the cells gets disturbed and can damage the cell, and also the nuclear, which causes a break in the DNA. Our DNA then isn’t able to communicate clearly with the mitochondria.
The mitochondria then make mistakes. For instant, they stop making insuline, dopamine or the cell will start to divide and a tumor appears.
3 universities have done studies in this subject. They showed that when the diet got changed there was 67% less nuclear breakage.
